Adopted during the 13th International Conference of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) which took place in Marrakech, Morocco, from 10 to 12 October 2018. The Declaration establishes a global framework of actions by NHRIs to support the rights of HRDs.
